Rifles Only is committed to providing quality training and equipment to our clients.

For the products we sell on this site, Rifles Only provides, in addition to any manufacturer warranty, a one year from the date of purchase warranty against manufacture defects in workmanship or materials. If the product you receive from Rifles Only is Defective in workmanship or materials, we will replace the item or refund to the purchaser the original amount they paid for the item.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. It does not cover cosmetic damage caused by neglect, abuse, and/or handling or storage in an inappropriate manner.

What is normal wear and tear, due to the nature of our products some common sense must be exercised so here are a few examples...

1. You purchase a rifle cover or drag bag, you low crawl for 500 yards and the bag has a worn out hole in it. This will not happen but if it does we for sure want to know, so we can take care of you as the customer, and get with the manufacture.
2. You purchase a rifle or drag bag, you low crawl 500 yards and get the bag stuck on some razor wire, you take out your knife and cut a hole in the bag to free it up. This item would then not be covered under warranty.

For the courses we provide at our facilities we require advanced registration and a 50 percent deposit towards the total course fee, this amount is not refundable, as people attending our classes often make arrangements far in advance, and it is nearly impossible to fill seats opened by cancelation at the last minute.
